The fountain: Meeting-place, midpoint, magical center of attraction in cities. This place of communication is taken up and used as a performance site. The theme: The dedication of the fountain!
he officially invited guests have arrived, the citizens await the event in breathless expectation. The ceremonial sequence of events has been precisely planned.
A tremendous piece of machinery confronts the human endeavor to control technology. Three maniacal characters unleash a madcap spectacle during the course of putting this peculiar fountain into operation. The grotesque transformation of a familiar subject, the ironical-comical play with expectations, supposed order and controlled developments once again characterize the new production of the Bängditos.
